1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Administrator", or "Organization") and Rektech Work / Krishna Minerals ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ERP software hosted at rektech.work and all related services, features, and integrations.

By accessing, logging in, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of the ERP Service

Rektech Work provides an integrated enterprise software solution for mineral logistics, quarry management, sales challan generation, purchase orders, royalty pass records, vehicle dispatch management, accounts ledger tracking, and automated document storage.

3. User Accounts, Authentication & Responsibilities

• Authorized Access: Access to this system is restricted to authenticated employees, administrators, and designated partners authorized by Krishna Minerals.
• Credential Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens. You must immediately notify management of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Data Accuracy: Users must ensure that all entered operational records (e.g. weights, material types, vehicle numbers, party names, and payment vouchers) are accurate and lawful.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive API)

Our platform provides seamless integration with third-party cloud storage solutions, including Google Drive:

• OAuth Authorization: Connecting Google Drive requires an administrator with appropriate permissions to authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0.
• Permitted Scope of Use: The integration uses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope solely to store, organize, retrieve, and delete business documentation uploaded via this system.
• Google Terms Compliance: Use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Revocation: You may disconnect or revoke Google Drive access at any time via the system settings or via your Google account security settings without affecting business records already stored in your cloud storage.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using this platform, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with application security controls.
• Upload malicious scripts, viruses, or unauthorized files.
• Interfere with system availability, overburden the database or storage servers, or perform denial-of-service attempts.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of mining, tax, and commercial regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interface design, logos, trademarks, database structures, and documentation associated with Rektech Work and Krishna Minerals are the proprietary intellectual property of the Company and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for internal enterprise operations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we implement high industry standards for uptime, security, and data integrity, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krishna Minerals and Rektech Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately upon violation of these Terms, unauthorized data tampering, employee resignation/termination, or security concerns.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
