Purpose of the Krishna Minerals Application
Krishna Minerals is an enterprise mineral resource management and logistics platform engineered to digitize end-to-end mining operations. The platform serves administrators, site managers, weighbridge operators, and authorized accounting personnel to record, track, and reconcile daily operations.
Sales & Dispatch
Generates loading challans, tracks gross/tare truck weights, manages customer billing, and calculates government royalty passes.
Purchase & Quarry Loads
Tracks incoming raw minerals from quarries, material grades, receiver receipts, and vendor delivery schedules.
Vehicle & Carting
Normalizes registration numbers, tracks transport trips, carting statements, transporter payments, and fuel allowances.
Drilling & Blasting
Logs quarry blasting operations, hole drilling measurements, blaster contractor vouchers, and regulatory compliance records.
Accounts & Daybook
Maintains debit/credit ledgers for parties, payment accounts, employee cash advances, daybook journals, and financial summaries.

How Krishna Minerals Uses Google Drive API
To eliminate manual file sorting and ensure long-term record preservation, Krishna Minerals integrates with the Google Drive API via OAuth 2.0.
Requested OAuth Scope
We request only the minimal scope required to manage uploaded business files:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
- Restricted Scope: Grants permission only to files and folders created by this application.
- Zero Access to Personal Files: The app cannot see, search, or alter any personal documents or pre-existing files in the connected Google Drive.
Structured Organization
Files uploaded through the ERP are automatically sorted into hierarchical directories:
KrishnaMineral / {Year} / {Module} / {Month} / {Document}
For example: KrishnaMineral/2026/Royalty/Aug/royalty_pass_123.pdf
Google Limited Use Disclosure
Krishna Minerals' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
